My photos reflect not only the investment in equipment, editing software, and camera/lens maintenance, but also the sleepless nights and personal time I dedicate to creating images for my clients within their requested timeframe. I ask that you please keep this in mind, as I carefully price each session with all of this in consideration.


Weekends are limited each month, so be sure to book at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. When booking, all clients are given the same set of available dates, and your session is considered secured only once the deposit has been paid.


After sending the client agreement and invoice, I place a light hold on the date for 24 hours. If the deposit isn’t received within that time, the date becomes available to the next client ready to secure it.

RETAINER FEE

  • The retainer fee is non-refundable, in the case of a cancellation, you do not get your money back (unless the session is cancelled for my own personal reasons such as being sick, family emergency, etc.).
  • If you cancel and reschedule a $30.00 fee will be added to your session.
  • In the case of a cancellation due to the weather (rain, thunderstorms, etc.), I will reschedule your session for no additional cost.


DISTANCE

  • Session price is subject to change if the location you choose is more than twenty-five miles from Alvarado, Texas.
  • If I must travel more than twenty-five miles, $1.00 will be added for each additional mile.


SESSION

  • The remaining balance of your session is due before or on the day of your session.
  • I have a 15-minute grace period. If you're running late, please let me know. Punctuality is important to me since I tend to book sessions back to back. Also, please keep in mind that being late takes time from your session and no call and no shows will need to be rescheduled and pay another retainer fee.
